Mibyan Meet is video meetings with an assistant that listens. Start a meeting and Mibyan transcribes it live; when the meeting room closes, you get a written summary with key points, decisions, action items, and open questions.

What happens in a meeting

Start or join

  1. Open Mibyan Meet.
  2. Optionally type a meeting title.
  3. Select Start a meeting now.
  4. Share the room code with participants.
Room codes look like weekly-sync-3kf2qa. A guest joins by entering a display name, so participants outside your organization do not need to sign in first.

What the summary contains

The summary is written in Arabic and organized into five parts: The summary appears on the meeting page after the room closes, not during the meeting. Until then, the meeting page tells you it will appear once the meeting ends.

Recording and privacy

Meetings are recorded automatically. Tell participants before you start, and follow your organization’s policy and local rules on recording.
The meeting text is treated as untrusted data when the summary is generated. Instructions that someone speaks inside the meeting do not change how the summary is produced.

Your summaries

Open My summaries to see the meetings you were part of. Each entry links back to the meeting, its notes, and its summary. Sign in to see your past meetings.

Meetings inside an organization

If you use Mibyan Work, meetings can be created from the organization’s Meetings page. Work that comes out of a meeting is labeled from a meeting in the organization’s task list, so you can trace a task back to the conversation that produced it.

Tips for better summaries

  • Name the meeting so it is easy to find later.
  • Say decisions out loud (“We decided to…”) and assign owners and dates by name.
  • Review the summary before you share it. It is generated by AI and can miss context.

Next: keep decisions and tasks in one place

Mibyan Work keeps goals, decisions, tasks, and meetings in one traceable workspace.
